1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, subscribing to or using Innovation Magazine, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually) through Apple's in-app purchase system. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings; however, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within Innovation Magazine is owned by us or our licensors and is protected under copyright laws and international treaties. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: Use the App for any unlawful purpose, Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App, Share your account credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we detect misuse or a breach of these Terms.
5. Content Availability
We aim to provide a high-quality experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to content. From time to time, certain features or content may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, updates or licensing restrictions.
6. No Professional Advice
The content provided in the App is for general informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional, legal, financial or business advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate before acting on any information provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Innovation Magazine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims relating to your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees over the six months preceding the claim.
8. Apple Disclaimer
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of or otherwise affiliated with the App, its content or the subscriptions offered. All billing and transactions are processed through Apple's App Store platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted in the App or on our website.
11. Subscription Cancellation and Access Revocation
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions or revoke access to Innovation Magazine at any time, with or without notice or explanation.
